What material is used?
Every Fantasy Jade piece is natural Type A jadeite 鈥?no dyeing, bleaching or polymer filling 鈥?and each listing identifies the material and includes any available treatment disclosure. Jadeite and nephrite are different minerals, so please rely on the specific product description.
Will I receive the exact piece pictured?
Yes. Every piece is one of a kind: exact-piece listings identify the unique piece and SKU. If a listing allows natural variation, that will be stated clearly.
How do I choose a bangle size?
Use the Bangle Size Guide included in every product description and confirm the inner-diameter measurements on the individual product page. Please do not force a rigid bangle over your hand. Can I return a piece ordered during a live show?
Exclusive pieces reserved for you during our TikTok live shows follow the same policy as everything else on the site: 7 days after delivery, choose Option 1 鈥?send it back for a 100% refund (return shipping at your cost, tracked and insured) 鈥?or Option 2 鈥?keep the piece and receive a 70% refund within 2 business days. If the piece arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we cover all costs. See the Refund Policy.
Are natural jade variations defects?
No. Natural color, texture, inclusions, mineral lines, translucency and other characteristics disclosed in the listing are part of natural, non-standard jade and are not defects. Review the natural jade characteristics disclaimer on each product page before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of your order information. This processing period may include polishing, quality inspection and arranging the jewelry certificate report. International transit is approximately 10鈥?5 business days. Shipping is free to the United States with duties prepaid. See the Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We upload tracking to the Shopify order page after dispatch and, where supported, to PayPal. Contact us if you need help finding the tracking information.
What should I check before ordering?
Confirm your shipping address, email, phone number and bangle size before payment. After dispatch, an address change may be impossible or may cause delay and extra cost.
