Overview

This website is operated by Sihui Yiling Jewelry Counter (trading as Fantasy Jade), a sole proprietorship registered in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, China. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fantasy Jade. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and accuracy

All products are natural, one-of-a-kind jadeite items. Measurements are taken with calibrated instruments and are accurate to within ±0.5 mm and ±0.2 g. Photographs show the exact item offered and are taken in natural daylight without colour enhancement. Every item is Type A natural jadeite unless expressly stated otherwise, and a quality appraisal certificate from an authoritative gemological testing institute (such as NGTC) is issued after payment and sent together with your order.

Pricing and currency

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. For the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, prices include prepaid import duties and taxes (DDP); the checkout price is the final price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an order is placed at a clearly erroneous price, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund in full.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed through PayPal. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address cannot be confirmed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity; in such cases any amount received will be refunded in full. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

Natural stone disclaimer

By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural jadeite may contain cotton-like inclusions, stone lines and internal colour variations, and that perceived colour may differ slightly between photographs and the physical item due to display, lighting and individual perception. These characteristics are inherent to natural jadeite and are not defects. In particular, colour differences perceived because of a monitor or other display settings, or slight differences in size within the stated measurement tolerances, do not constitute a defect.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including photographs, videos, text and the Fantasy Jade name and logo — is our property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your order shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the seller's place of business (Sihui City, Guangdong Province, China). Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you stronger rights, those rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
