Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our jewelry counter in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, China. Every in-stock item is packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Chinese public holidays). Orders placed during Chinese New Year may take up to 7 business days to dispatch; we will notify affected customers by email.

We currently ship to the United States and are adding more destinations. If your address is outside the United States, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and shipping options for your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active. All shipments to the destinations listed above are fully tracked door-to-door.
Insurance
Every shipment is insured for its full declared value. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update and we will open a claim and issue a replacement or a full refund once the carrier completes its investigation.
Duties and import taxes are prepaid by us (DDP)
For deliveries to the United States, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means:
- The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay
- All applicable import duties, customs clearance fees and handling charges are paid by us in advance
- You will not be asked to pay anything to the courier or to customs on delivery
If a courier ever requests a duty or clearance payment from you despite our DDP arrangement, please contact us immediately with the receipt and we will reimburse you in full within 3 business days.
How we declare your order
We declare every parcel accurately, at its true transaction value, with a full description of the goods and the correct HS classification for jadeite articles. We do not under-declare the value of any shipment. Under-declaration is illegal and voids the shipment's insurance — and we will not do it even if requested.
Certificates and documentation
Every jadeite item is shipped together with its quality appraisal certificate, issued after payment by an authoritative gemological testing institute (such as NGTC), as well as a commercial invoice for customs purposes. This documentation significantly reduces the likelihood of a customs hold, but occasional inspection can still occur and may add 2–5 business days.
Buyer's responsibility
If your shipping address is in a country or region not listed above, import duties and taxes are your responsibility. Refusing to accept a parcel in order to avoid paying duties will result in the parcel being returned to us at your cost; in that case we will refund the order value minus the outbound and return shipping costs.
