Nature of the business

Fantasy Jade sells natural jadeite (Fei Cui) jewellery directly to consumers worldwide from China. All items are carved and polished in our own workshop in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, and are sold as Type A natural jadeite — untreated, undyed and unfilled, except where a product page expressly states otherwise.

Product descriptions and certification

Product descriptions, measurements and photographs are prepared in good faith and describe the exact piece offered for sale. Measurement tolerances are ±0.5 mm and ±0.2 g. Colour may appear slightly different depending on the screen and lighting used to view the photographs, and slight variations in tone, inclusions and stone lines are inherent to natural jadeite.

A quality appraisal certificate from an authoritative gemological testing institute (such as NGTC) is issued after payment for every order and sent together with the item. The certificate confirms that the stone is natural Type A jadeite. Independent verification of the certificate can be made through the issuing laboratory's official website.

Pricing, duties and taxes

Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). For the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy, we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us and no additional charge is due on delivery. For all other destinations, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the full, accurate value of every shipment for customs purposes; we do not under-declare shipments.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for unworn, non-custom items returned with their original packaging and certificate; custom-sized or personalised pieces are final sale.

Intellectual property

The Fantasy Jade name, logo, product photographs and all site content are our property. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this notice limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where such laws give you stronger rights than those described on this site, those rights prevail.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or your order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We ask that you contact us first at jiaiziji1874@qq.com so that we can attempt to resolve any issue amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the seller's place of business in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, China.
